Academia is maturing every year. Every academia year had been a notable one for Academia in many respects. In the academic field the students have maintained their high standards and have continued to be recognized as high achievers. Students who sit for O’Level and A’Level exams had been making ACADEMIA proud by their brilliant performance, as always. GRADUATION CEREMONY & YEAR END AWARD

After successful completion of the year 2016-17, Academia organized an Award Ceremony for the students on June 3, 2017. Students got Award in different categories according to their performance. 000

PRE WORLDS

Academia won Pre Worlds, the most covered tournament in Bangladesh, for the second time in a row in 2016. Wasif Khan and Sadman Karim from ADC 1 will be representing team Bangladesh at WSDC 2017 in Bali, Indonesia. Sheikh Rafayet Daiyan Srijon from ADC 1 will be representing team Wales. 000

CLASS PARTY-2017

After successfully completion of the session 2016-2017, to refresh the teachers, students and managements, ACADEMIA organized a ” CLASS PARTY” for all the campuses in different party centers of Dhaka City. CONDOLENCE

A “Doa Mahfil” was held by the students and teachers of ACADEMIA for the salvation of the departed soul of Ms. Yasmin Akhter, Art teacher of ACADEMIA. May her soul rest in peace in Jannah. 4200

INDEPENDENCE DAY

On March 26, 1971 Bangladesh became independent after a long fight and blood shed. To celebrate this auspicious day, the students of Academia organize a function where the students dance and sing to commemorate the day. 2200

INTRA SCHOOL DEBATING COMPETITION:

ADC Intra was held on April 21st-22nd at Lalmatia Campus. The Champions were a team from Uttara. A team from Lalmatia became runners up. Dulok Nayeem was the best speaker of the tournament. 000

EKUSHAY FEBRUARY:

Though Academia is an English medium School it has all the respect for the Bengali language and pays homage to the myrtyrs to the language movement. 000

PAHELA BAISHAKH:

Students  celebrating Pahela Baishakh. The Bengali New year is observed with honour and respect. The day is celebrated with dance, drama and songs by the students. 100

SPORTS:

Students of academia enjoy the sports day in a jubilant manner. All the campuses of Academia assemble in Govt. Physical College field and different feats are displayed by the students. 000

MATH OLYMPIAD

Every year Math Olympiad is held and different Schools also take part in the event. 000

PITHA UTSHAB 2017

This event gives a good time to the students and parents to show the Bengali culture and food. All kinds of pithas are displayed and sold by the students.

DEBATES

Debate has taken Academia to its zenith. The young debaters have become champion again and again.

PICNIC 2016

After all the hard work, the idea of picnic gives immense relief to the students. Every year all the Students along with their parents are taken out of Dhaka, away from the bustle of traffic jam and pollution.
